Eligibility

These are Post Graduate Diploma courses.

Any candidate who has completed graduation from any stream (science, commerce or humanities) qualify.

General Instructions to Candidates for Admission

  • Fill all coloumns in the application form correctly.

 

  • Enclose 2 copies of each documents related to Fee paid, Qualifying Marks Cards & Others.

 

  • The payment for fee for Rupees 18750/- can be made in the form of D.D. in the name of MEFFMH, Shivamogga from any nationalized bank or NEFT to the account of MEFFMH.

  • On Form “A” affex one stamp size photo to be attested by a Gazetted officer. Candidate should sign at 2 places at the lower end of the form.

 

  • On Form “B” i.e.-exam application form, affix stamp size photo and sign on the photograph (Self attested) as well as at one place at the end of the form.

 

  • On Form “C” Hall Ticket, affix – stamp size photo and sign on the photograph (self attested) as well as at one place at the end of the form.

 

  • There are two Admission Registration Cards. Afix stamp size photo on each. Candidate’s Photo to be attested by Gazetted Officer. (This is part of the application form)

 

  • Submit copies of the following documents with due attestation by Gazetted officer in two sets.
    i) Marks card of final year Degree Examination.
    ii) Passing Certificate of qualifying examination / degree certifiate of qualifying exam.
    iii) SSLC Marks Card as Proof of Birth Date Certificate/ Pass Port copy / School Leaving Certificate. Any document specifying date of birth.
    iv) Aadhar Card copy.

 

  • All Original documents need to be submitted for verification for approval of admission. They will be returned after verification. Therefore along with originals please send one big size self addressed cloth cover envelope. (40cmx30cm) for returning originals. With postal stamp worth Rs. 100/-being affixed or candidate can meet the OSD, BVB, Bengaluru or Co-ordinator, MEFFMH, Shivamogga for verification of original documents in person.

Lateral Entry

A special provision is made by the BOS to permit the candidates who have taken up PG Diploma Course in 2019-20 in any stream from MEFFMH to opt another course with the exemption of two theory papers. For ex- A candidate who is admitted for PG Diploma in Psychological Counselling & Guidance in 2019-20 batch can now get admitted to PG Diploma in Child Counselling / Corporate Counselling with exemption from two theory papers. Those who are interested may personally contact the Coordinator MEFFMH.
